Returns Policy




Our Returns & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. We will however issue store credits for the value of the item purchased, this credit will not expire until it is used.

If a product arrives faulty we will happily provide you with a new product to the same value in replacement of the faulty item.

To be eligible for store credit, the item purchased must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. All items returned for store credit must be unworn, undamaged and unused with its original packaging included.

To be eligible for an exchange due to receiving a faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a picture of the damaged item.


Our Returns Process

In the case of a return please contact to request a returns form. Please provide your order number and a reason for the return. Please include this form with the returned item. We will then send you an email confirming that we’ve processed your return and will provide you with your store credit via email.

We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping when returning products. We are also not liable for your item while it is in transit back to us, so we recommend that you use an insured-registered post and hold onto the tracking number.


Our Exchange Process

In the case of an exchange, we will post your replacement item to you once we have confirmed and assessed the damage to the original item sent out to you.
